Dobby is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company powering service operations for the coffee industry. We’re building a category-leading brand, and we want someone who doesn’t just shoot videos—but crafts content that hooks an audience instantly, drives growth, and raises brand awareness globally.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Growth Video Producer who can produce dynamic, attention-grabbing short-form and mid-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will understand storytelling, pacing, visuals, editing, and the psychology of what makes people stop and engage.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create scroll-stopping short and mid-length video content that performs well on platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ideate, shoot, and edit videos that open strong (hook in first 3 seconds), retain attention, and drive engagement (comments, shares, clicks).
  • Extract content from longer-format assets (webinars, interviews) to repurpose into high-impact short clips.
  • Craft thumbnails, captions, subtitles, and hooks optimized for engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice, visual style, and content standards.
  • Use analytics to track metrics like retention, CTR, watch time—and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with campaigns and business goals.

What You Bring

  • A strong portfolio/reel demonstrating social video content with high engagement (ideally showing work similar to the example links you shared).
  • Excellent sense of what works on different platforms; know platform trends, sounds, editing styles etc.
  • Proficient in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or others) and basic motion graphics.
  • Creative storyteller with eye for visual detail, strong framing, pacing, and energy.
  • Comfortable working quickly, juggling multiple pieces of content, refining on feedback.
  • Fluent English in both communication and writing.
  • Experience with motion graphics/tools like After Effects, Figma, Canva.
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / niche industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like Riverside, Opus, etc.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools — native platform insights, YouTube Studio, etc.
