Video Creator

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Creator to produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms. This role involves the end-to-end process of scripting, sourcing visuals, editing, and optimizing videos, all without requiring an on-camera presence. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills and a keen understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create videos for Social Media platforms.
• Source and integrate stock footage, motion graphics, and B-roll to tell compelling stories.
• Add captions, text overlays, and relevant sound effects or background music.
• Work with voiceovers, AI voices, or subtitles to deliver clear and engaging content.
• Optimize video format, resolution, and length for different platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video creator, with a portfolio of video content.
• Proficiency in editing software (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to find and use copyright-free stock footage, music, and sound effects.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations is a plus.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the full video creation pipeline from shooting raw footage (when needed) to editing and publishing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools for scriptwriting, subtitles, and voiceover generation.
• Understanding of SEO, thumbnails, and audience retention strategies for video content.
• Ability to independently manage the entire process from shoot planning, video creation, editing, optimization, and publishing on platforms.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Nagercoil or nearby locations.
