Video Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

· Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training, and e-learning.

· Content Creation: Develop engaging video materials aligned with company goals and audience needs.

· Animation & Motion Graphics: Create animations, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video content.

· Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Write scripts and develop storyboards for structured and professional video content.

· Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and e-learning teams to ensure brand consistency.

· Technical Maintenance: Keep video equipment and software updated for optimal quality.

· Optimization & Distribution: Optimize videos for different platforms (social media, websites, learning management systems).

· Audio Editing: Enhancing sound quality and synchronizing audio with visuals.

· File Formatting & Compression: Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for different platforms.
