Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Video Editing Faculty to guide and mentor students in mastering the art and craft of video editing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver practical, project-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, hands-on video editing sessions for students using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Design and implement course content, lesson plans, and assignments aligned with industry trends and requirements.
• .Guide students in creating professional-quality video content for social media, advertising, and digital campaigns.
• Provide constructive feedback on student projects and suggest improvements for creativity, storytelling, and technical execution.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance learning modules and student engagement.
• Conduct assessments and mentor students for real-world industry projects and placements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
• Proven proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Experience in digital marketing videos, short-form content, and social media editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve their creative potential.

Pay: ₹10,249.58 - ₹40,000.00 per month
