• We are building a team of editors who understand not only the technical craft of editing but also the psychology of storytelling, enabling them to produce videos that truly move audiences.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

We are offering a 3-month unpaid internship for 2 creative individuals who want to master video editing from a strategic, psychology-driven perspective.

THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES:

• Specialized training in psychology-based video editing and creative storytelling, valued at thousands of dollars in the market — offered free to the selected interns.
• Hands-on editing work for live projects and campaigns immediately after training.
• Certifications, experience letters, and personalized performance reviews.
• Referrals and connections with agencies and companies in the USA, UK, and international markets.
• A direct pathway to join Husbar’s in-house content and media team.

VIDEO EDITING TRAINING FOCUS:

• Interns will be trained to approach editing not just as a technical skill, but as a psychological tool to drive engagement and influence behavior. Training modules include:
• Psychology of Storytelling in Video
• Attention Triggers: Hooking Audiences in the First 5 Seconds
• Emotional Editing Techniques
• Editing for Brand Campaigns and Digital Ads
• Social Media-Focused Editing (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Long-Form Content Editing (YouTube, corporate, interviews)
• Visual Rhythm and Music Psychology
• Color Grading, Mood Setting, and Emotional Impact
• Editing for Conversions: Driving Clicks, Sales, and Follows
• Professional Tools and Workflows for High-Quality Content
• This is not standard editing training — it is a psychology-based editing program designed to help interns produce content that resonates deeply and scales globally.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
