Video Editing & Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) for brand campaigns, promotions, and educational content.
• Create motion graphic elements, animated text, transitions, and visual enhancements.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.

2. Content Planning & Execution

• Assist in planning and structuring the monthly content calendar.
• Ideate and propose new creative formats based on trends and competitor analysis.
• Repurpose raw footage into multiple usable formats for social media.

3. Social Media Publishing

• Prepare, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Ensure timely posting to align with content strategy and campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest content optimizations.

4. Creative Collaboration

• Work with the marketing and clinic operations team to produce high-impact visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the CEO/lead team.
• Support photo/video shoots when needed.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content.
• Detail-oriented, creative mindset, and ability to work with deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
