We train students with industry workflows, studio-level software, and hands-on projects that prepare them for real creative careers.

We are expanding our training team and looking for a passionate, skilled, and industry-ready Video Editing & Motion Graphics Faculty.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented professional who can teach:

• Video Editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
• Motion Graphics (After Effects, advanced compositing fundamentals)
• YouTube Content Editing & Short-form Editing
• AI-assisted Video Creation Tools (optional but preferred)
• Color Grading & Audio Editing

This role includes training students, guiding projects, and helping build the next generation of editors and motion graphic artists in Varanasi.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and AI-based design workflows
• Teach complete studio pipelines: short films, reels, ads, titles, green screen, VFX basics
• Guide students in building strong portfolios and industry-ready showreels
• Evaluate assignments, mentor students, and support their creative growth
• Stay updated with the latest trends in editing, AI tools, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content

Required Skills & Expertise

✔ Photoshop
✔ Audition / DaVinci Resolve (bonus)
