Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Video Editor to lead the post-production process across various formats and platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong storytelling ability, a creative eye for detail, and experience within a fast-paced agency or production environment. Experience with motion graphics and familiarity with GCC culture or cosmetics/fashion/retail sectors is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the full video editing lifecycle, from rough cuts to final delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, creative directors, designers, and copywriters to translate creative briefs into engaging video content.
• Create dynamic and visually appealing motion graphics and text overlays.
• Edit various types of video content: commercial ads, social media clips, tutorials, testimonials, reels, and corporate content.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
• Stay up to date with the latest editing techniques, tools, and industry trends.
• Supervise or mentor junior editors or freelancers when needed.
• Manage media assets, backup footage, and maintain organized project files.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and pitch meetings for new campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with color correction and sound design.
• Basic 2D/3D motion graphics skills are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with editing styles for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ad platforms.
• Strong storytelling and pacing skills, with a sense for music, tone, and rhythm.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong showreel/portfolio is mandatory with the application.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to E£20,000.00 per month
