Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team at our Hadapsar studio. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality videos for digital platforms, social media, and client campaigns. You must have strong hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut, and a solid understanding of storytelling, motion graphics, and sound editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
• Trim footage and add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Optimize videos for different formats: social media (Reels, Shorts), ads, corporate, etc.
• Work closely with creative team, scriptwriters, and content strategists.
• Ensure all edits align with the brand’s visual and content guidelines.
• Manage multiple video projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, video editing styles, and platform specs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio/reel required).
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut (Pro version or desktop)
• Good sense of timing, visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
• Basic color correction and sound editing skills.
• Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and exports for web and social platforms.
• Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

• Experience in motion graphics design or typography.
• Understanding of social media content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Experience with animation tools or AI-based editing platforms.

Work Environment

• Location: Onsite at our Hadapsar office.
• Timings: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Fast-paced, collaborative, and creative working environment.
