Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team on-site. You will be responsible for editing a range of video content, including short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok) and long-form videos for YouTube. Knowledge of AI tools is a big plus.

While prior experience is preferred, freshers with solid video editing knowledge and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Work closely with content strategists, designers, and other creatives to develop engaging storytelling.
• Use motion graphics, sound effects, color correction, and transitions to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with trends in video editing, social media content, and digital storytelling.
• Explore and integrate AI editing tools into the workflow where relevant.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across Reels, YouTube, or similar formats.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools (e.g., Descript, Pictory, Runway ML).
• Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects or similar) is a bonus.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
