We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional content tailored for marketing, social media, and corporate needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into professional, engaging, and high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and internal projects.
• Ensure all edits are in line with brand identity, storytelling requirements, and creative direction.
• Manage and organize raw and edited video files, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver content that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Create multiple versions and formats of videos for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, etc.).
• Enhance videos with graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background scores.
• Optimize file formats, resolutions, and sizes for various distribution channels.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, techniques, and social media content styles.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing edits before final delivery.
• Shoot and produce video content when required (studio shoots, behind-the-scenes, promotional events, etc.).
• Ensure all video content complies with company guidelines, copyright regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in video editing and post-production.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Edius, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of color correction, audio balancing, and visual effects.
• Basic motion graphics skills will be considered a plus.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of digital content trends, social media algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
