Digivik Business Solutions is a results-driven digital marketing agency that creates performance-led video content, social campaigns and brand stories for clients across industries. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our Pune team and help produce high-quality videos for social, web and paid campaigns.

Role overview
The Video Editor will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video assets used across social media, ads, client deliverables and internal content. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ hands-on editing experience, understands social-first formats, and preferably has worked in a DM agency environment — able to work quickly while maintaining brand quality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, assemble and deliver videos for social (Reels, Shorts, Stories), paid ads, client case studies, product demos and long-form content.
• Work from briefs, scripts and raw footage to craft compelling narratives that meet campaign objectives.
• Apply motion graphics, basic animation, typography and transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Colour-correct and grade footage for consistent visual tone across assets.
• Edit to platform-specific formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), and deliver optimized exports with correct specs.
• Collaborate with creative, content and account teams to iterate quickly on feedback and meet delivery timelines.
• Organise project files, maintain version control and keep an assets library.
• Ensure all output follows brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Occasionally assist in simple sound design, mix audio levels and add royalty-free music/sfx.

Required skills & attributes

• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / creative agency is preferred.
• Strong editing skills (storytelling, pacing, cuts) and a good eye for visuals.
• Proficient with industry tools (Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects are preferred; Final Cut/DaVinci knowledge is a plus).
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects or equivalent).
• Colour correction/grading experience (Lumetri/DaVinci Resolve).
• Good understanding of social media formats and attention-grabbing edits for short-form content.
• Able to work fast under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Good communication and ability to receive/implement feedback.
• Portfolio showing a mix of social, ad and long-form edits is mandatory.
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
