Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the video production process, a passion for storytelling, and experience working with various video editing software. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and long-form media, ensuring that the final product aligns with our vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the project goals and vision.
• Assemble raw footage into a polished final product, ensuring consistency in tone, pace, and style.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, sound, and music to enhance the video.
• Color correct and adjust audio to improve the overall quality of the video.
• Manage video projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
• Organize and maintain digital files and video libraries.
• Ensure the final video meets the quality standards set by the team or client.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video editing software and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor or similar role.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, and compression techniques.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and a good sense of visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of professional video editing experience (preferred).
• Female candidate preferred
