We’re Hiring: Video Editor (Educational & Government Content – Retention Focused)

BiharHelp is looking for a skilled Video Editor to create engaging videos for YouTube and Instagram. Your primary goal will be retention editing — crafting videos that keep viewers watching till the end—focused on educational content, job updates, and government scheme videos.

Location: In-Office (Kankarbagh, Patna).

What You’ll Do
- Edit 3–5 videos daily for YouTube and Instagram
- Focus on retention editing: trim dead time, add hooks, engaging captions, and visual effects
- Add subtitles, graphics, and animations to enhance clarity and engagement
- Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with content writers and designers for smooth video production

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, preferably for social media or YouTube
- Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Skilled in retention-focused editing techniques (hooks, pacing, captions, transitions)
- Attention to detail and storytelling sense for educational content
- Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram video formats and best practices
- Must work from office in Kankarbagh, Patna
- Certification (Nice to have)

Work & Salary
- Full-time, Monday to Saturday
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on skills and daily output)
- In-office role (Patna)
