About the Role: Are You the One?
Should you accept the mission of being a Content Writer at Houzeo, you will create content that speaks to home sellers, buyers, investors, and real estate pros. Your focus will be on serving the user’s intent. We need a creative storyteller with a knack for crafting engaging content. If you're passionate about exploring the intricacies of the U.S. real estate landscape, this role is for you. Our ideal candidate is not just an SEO writer but someone with fresh ideas who wants to make a dent in the universe.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
✅ Edit raw footage into crisp, engaging videos aligned with Houzeo’s brand and objectives ✅ Perform colour correction and grading for visual consistency and appeal
✅ Seamlessly sync dialogue, music, and effects for a polished audio experience
✅ Organise and manage files to streamline project workflows
✅ Review edits thoroughly for quality control before final delivery
✅ Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality
✅ Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and editing techniques
✅ Add motion graphics, titles, and effects to boost production value (bonus!)

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Cinematography, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Creative eye and strong storytelling ability to bring ideas to life visually.
Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

Bonus: Familiarity with 3D software and motion graphics.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality output.

Nice to Haves
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tight post-production timelines
Understanding of creative trends and storytelling formats across platforms
Ability to brainstorm and pitch fresh video concepts with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with motion graphics, 2D animation, or character animation.
