Video Editor

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and visual communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience editing content for digital campaigns, YouTube, social media, and branded content. You will play a key role in enhancing our visual output, collaborating with our content creators, designers, and marketing team to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging video content for web, social media, ad campaigns, brand stories, client promotions, and internal projects.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Apply effects, transitions, motion graphics, and audio enhancements to improve video quality.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video assets.
• Organize and manage media assets and maintain file structure, backups, and version control.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media formats, and storytelling styles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.
• Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or similar.
• Good understanding of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work across various video formats and styles.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Understanding of video formatting for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
