We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of experience to transform raw footage into visually stunning, engaging content. Your Mission

As a Video Editor at Bictree, you will shape the future of brand storytelling through high-quality ads, social media content, brand films, and digital experiences. You’ll bring together visuals, sound, and effects to create videos that don’t just tell stories—they make an impact.

What You’ll DoCinematic Editing & Storytelling

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
• Use color grading, transitions, effects, and AI-powered tools to enhance storytelling.
• Cut and arrange footage to create engaging narratives with maximum impact.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

• Integrate dynamic motion graphics, 3D elements, and VFX to elevate video production.
• Work with animation and special effects to enhance branding and marketing visuals.
• Stay updated on the latest AI-assisted editing tools and cinematic trends.

Social Media & Digital Content Creation

• Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Craft short-form and long-form content, keeping up with viral trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Edit videos in line with fast-paced digital trends and evolving storytelling formats.

Collaboration & Creative Innovation

• Work closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to execute high-impact visual content.
• Experiment with new techniques, AI tools, and cutting-edge video styles to push creative limits.
• Ensure all videos align with brand identity, campaign goals, and audience expectations.

Who You Are

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Video Editor in a creative agency, media house, or production studio.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, VFX, and sound design.
• Experience in AI-assisted video editing tools and 3D animation is a plus.
• Passionate about cinema, digital media, and crafting compelling visual narratives.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision.
