Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in video editing and post-production, with a solid understanding of YouTube algorithms and social media platforms to maximize audience engagement and content reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Apply motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Perform basic audio editing to ensure clear, high-quality sound.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for basic design and graphics support.
• Optimize videos for YouTube and other social media platforms in line with best practices and algorithms.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, audience preferences, and industry trends.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, YouTube growth strategies, and social media engagement.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Video Editor in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing tools and techniques.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO strategies, and content optimization for social media.
• Ability to communicate and understand English effectively.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with motion design and storytelling techniques.
• Knowledge of video analytics tools for YouTube and social media performance tracking.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and trending content formats.
