Job Title: Video Editor – Real Estate Marketing

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills and the ability to transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos that showcase our luxury properties, lifestyle experiences, and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Edit property tours, lifestyle content, promotional videos, and social media clips.
• Create engaging video content that highlights the unique features of properties and enhances the client’s viewing experience.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, music, voice-overs, and subtitles when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Optimize video formats for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).
• Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a high visual standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor (real estate or luxury brand experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand content.
• Familiarity with social media trends and engaging short-form video styles.
• Creativity in transforming property videos into emotional and aspirational stories

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
