Grey Hawks is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, and trend-savvy Video Editor who lives and breathes reels . If you have an eye for what’s viral, a knack for dynamic cuts, and know how to make short-form videos that hold attention — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

• Edit short-form videos, primarily Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and social clips for a variety of brands.
• Add smart captions, text overlays, transitions, and music that align with trends and platform behaviour.
• Work across formats and styles – fast cuts, storytelling edits, aesthetic reels, meme formats, and more.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and content teams to bring ideas to life.
• Track trends and incorporate them smartly without being cliché.

What You Should Know:

• Proficient with editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of fonts, on-screen text, and how to make captions pop.
• Awareness of current social media trends, creator styles, sound libraries, and viral formats.
• Quick turnaround mindset while maintaining quality.

Bonus if you:

• Know basic to advanced shooting (phone or camera).
• Can experiment with 3D animation, motion graphics, or AI tools like Runway, Spline, etc.
