Video editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join us part-time. You will be editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) for educational and marketing-related content.

The role is remote and flexible, suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities :

• Edit raw footage into engaging short-form videos (30–90 seconds).
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, memes, and b-rolls to keep viewers hooked.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips.
• Deliver polished edits within deadlines (2–3 days per video).
• Work closely with the founder for creative direction.

Requirements:

• Basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, Filmora, or Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Creativity in using viral trends, memes, and storytelling to boost engagement.
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok formats.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn & grow with the brand.
• Should have own laptop or PC
• Having softwares is plus

Preferred (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)

• Experience in editing educational/business/marketing content.
• Graphic design skills for thumbnails & social media posts (Canva/Photoshop).
• Knowledge of trending music & sound effects.

Work Details:

• Remote (Work from Home).
• Part-Time: Approx. xxx videos per month.
