Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce engaging videos for internal use, such as employee training, announcements, corporate updates, and company-wide presentations.

- Work closely with the communications team to understand internal messaging goals, crafting video content that communicates effectively and aligns with company culture and values.

- Ensure clarity in the message, using your strong command of the English language to script, caption, and edit video content, with a focus on tone, grammar, and audience comprehension.

- Collaborate with department heads and team members to produce video content that supports internal initiatives, policies, and engagement strategies.

- Ensure that all internal videos maintain brand consistency, tone, and professional quality, reflecting the company’s mission and vision.

- Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound to enhance video presentations and make complex information more digestible and engaging for employees.

- Stay up to date on best practices in video production for internal communications and employee engagement, ensuring content remains fresh and effective.

- Actively seek feedback from team members and management to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of internal video content.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a focus on internal communications or corporate video production preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, along with other Adobe Creative Suite tools.

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to ensure clarity, precision, and the right tone in internal messaging.

- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, clear, and engaging video content that resonates with an internal audience.

-Oriented:Keen eye for detail, ensuring that all video content is free of grammatical, typographical, or factual errors.

- Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

- Familiarity with corporate communication tools and strategies.

- Knowledge of motion graphics and sound design to enhance visual presentations.
