Value Group is seeking a highly skilled video editor with expertise in shooting and editing short-form content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, be proficient in creating engaging content, and demonstrate both technical ability and creative vision.

Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality video content using iPhone and professional cameras
• Edit videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (vertical 9:16 format)
• Add captions, transitions, effects, and trending sounds to enhance engagement
• Stay updated with current social media trends and incorporate them into content
• Deliver polished, ready-to-publish content with quick turnaround times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in editing short-form content (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Strong eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to manage lighting, angles, and smooth camera work
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different content styles
