About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, storytelling ability, and proficiency in modern editing tools. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging visual stories that align with our vision and brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material (video, audio, graphics, etc.) into a finished product suitable for online platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Trim footage segments, insert transitions, add background music, voiceovers, text overlays, and motion graphics as needed.

• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure the final product matches the intended message and tone.

• Maintain brand consistency in color grading, typography, and storytelling style.

• Manage media files and ensure organized project storage and backups.

• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos (documentaries, lectures, interviews, etc.)

• Stay up to date with current editing trends, effects, and social media formats.

• Deliver projects within the given deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.

• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

• Strong understanding of video formats, frame rates, and export settings for different platforms.

• Knowledge of basic color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling flow.

• Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in editing devotional, spiritual, or documentary-style content (for ISKCON or similar organizations).

• Familiarity with YouTube optimization — thumbnails, titles, aspect ratios, etc.Basic skills in graphic design tools like Photoshop
• Knowledge of Hindi/English subtitles editing is a plus.

Compensation:

• Based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
