Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor (Immediate Joiners Preferable) with 3–5 years of experience in editing digital and brand videos for social media, campaigns, and marketing purposes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual rhythm, and branding aesthetics — with hands-on experience in editing promotional, testimonial, and short-form content. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring stories to life that align with Partha Dental’s brand vision.

Roles and Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos suitable for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, reels, etc.).

Brand Storytelling:
Maintain consistency with brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling style across all content pieces.

Creative Direction:
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to brainstorm ideas and translate briefs into visually compelling stories.

Motion Graphics & Animation:
Add simple animations, transitions, typography, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.

Audio & Color Enhancement:
Adjust sound, voiceovers, background scores, and perform basic color correction and grading to ensure professional-quality output.

Platform-Specific Adaptation:
Edit versions optimized for different formats (Reels, Shorts, Square, Landscape, etc.) while maintaining visual impact and message clarity.

Content Repurposing:
Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized clips, teasers, and social media snippets for campaign amplification.

Asset Management:
Maintain an organized library of project files, footage, sound effects, and music for easy access and reuse.

Deadline Management:
Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality standards.

Trend Awareness:
Stay updated with editing trends, social media algorithms, and visual storytelling techniques to keep content modern and engaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Editing, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Good understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
  • Strong sense of timing, music synchronization, and visual flow.
  • Experience in editing for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and design.
  • Experience in healthcare or brand video editing will be an added advantage.
