Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and reliable video editor who can help us produce high-quality content for YouTube and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce real estate project videos, explainer clips, and YouTube content (shorts + long form).
• Should be able to shoot the project videos using mobile phones.
• Add motion graphics, captions, charts, and relevant real estate visuals.
• Repurpose long videos into short reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Should have creative skills
• should know video and graphic editing tools
• Should have past 2 years of experience in video editing

Skills Required

• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of motion graphics & basic animation (After Effects preferred)
• Strong sense of storytelling & pacing
• Ability to add charts and text overlays cleanly
• Experience editing corporate, explainer, or real estate videos
• Understanding of YouTube algorithms, hooks, and thumbnail framing and also Meta reels
• Attention to detail, fast editing speed, and ability to meet deadlines
