About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and fast-moving Video Editor who can bring stories to life through powerful visuals and crisp edits. You’ll work closely with our content and design teams to produce engaging, on-brand videos for digital platforms from short-form reels to long-form YouTube videos and ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver a wide range of content Reels, YouTube videos, brand films, testimonials, and ad creatives.
• Add transitions, sound design, effects, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance video impact and viewer retention.
• Collaborate with the content, strategy, and design teams to ensure each video aligns with brand tone and objectives.
• Manage raw footage efficiently, organize files, and maintain version control of projects.
• Understand and adapt to different platform styles (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
• Ensure visual consistency across all projects in storytelling, tone, and color treatment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (agency or brand experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent tools).
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Understanding of social media trends & formats.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Excellent sense of music selection, rhythm, emotional tone and editing style.
