We are a growing creative agency that specializes in producing engaging video content for businesses, entrepreneurs, and service providers. Our focus is on helping brands tell their stories through impactful short-form and long-form videos across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Full-Time Video Editor to join our team on-site and play a key role in editing both in-house and client video projects.

Position Overview

The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with our creative direction and our clients’ brand identities. This includes creating short-form reels, how-to videos, motivational clips, and storytelling content optimized for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit talking-head, educational, and storytelling videos for various social media platforms.

Edit raw client footage into professional short-form videos (reels, tutorials, and promotional content).

Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance viewer engagement.

Maintain consistent quality, branding, and tone across all video projects.

Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to meet deadlines and project goals.

Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

Proven experience in video editing for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong storytelling skills and understanding of social media trends.

Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual aesthetics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics, simple animations, or visual effects.

Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.

Experience repurposing long-form content into short clips.

Basic color correction and sound design knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
