Role Summary

This person will conceptualize, script, and produce short-form motivational and mindset videos for your Instagram channel — centered on themes like competition, fear, anxiety, personal growth, and ambition. They’ll work closely with you to shape the tone, visual style, and storytelling rhythm of the channel using a studio setup and stock/cloud visuals.

Experience

2 to 4 years of experience in content creation / video scripting / social media production, ideally with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok formats.

Prior work with motivational, podcast, or creator-led content is a big plus.

Should understand storytelling psychology and audience engagement patterns.

Pay: ₹11,418.13 - ₹35,882.25 per month
