Edit short-form & long-form videos for social media channels, ads, using tools like
Plan and execute video shoots, including filming doctors, ad campaigns, product marketing videos, cultural content, and other brand-related footage.
Transform raw footage into compelling stories, trimming, color-correcting, adding music, captions, animations, and AI-generated elements.
Repurpose content across multiple formats (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Generate AI-driven visual assets, subtitles, and graphics that align with Marham’s branding.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and bring marketing ideas to life visually.
Optimize content for engagement and platform-specific best practices.
Maintain an organized library of edited assets, templates, and project files.
Stay up to date with AI video trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve editing speed and output quality.

Requirements

Strong grips on tools like Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Editor (AI editing tools experience preferred).
Familiarity with AI video software & usage of multiple types of cameras.
Ability to use a camera, and do photography as well as videography.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and tools like Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
Bonus: Knowledge of SEO for video, YouTube optimization, or healthcare-related content.
