Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Video Editor to join our creative team at Talrop. If you're passionate about storytelling through visuals, skilled in creating compelling content, and have experience working with AI-generated model videos, this is your opportunity to make an impact. You’ll work on projects ranging from social media creatives to promotional videos, brand assets, and AI-integrated visuals that represent Talrop’s tech-driven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create, edit, and deliver high-quality short and long-form videos for social media, ads, campaigns, and product launches
● Work with AI-generated model footage to produce realistic, engaging video content
● Design visually compelling graphics for social media, events, and brand communication
● Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute ideas
● Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
● Stay up to date with design and video trends, especially AI-related advancements
● Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines

Required Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Design, Communication, or related field
● 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (Freshers with a strong portfolio are also welcome)
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
● Familiarity with AI tools like RunwayML, Pika Labs, D-ID, or similar video generation platforms
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content optimization techniques
● Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling
● Ability to handle AI-generated model footage and adapt it into final content
● Time management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred:

● Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
● Experience in tech/startup branding is a plus
● Understanding of UI/UX principles (bonus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
