Education Requirement :- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Video Editing, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field

Experience Requirement :- 1 – 2 Years of experience in short-form video editing, motion graphics, or social media content creation

Location :- Noida, India

Job Type :- Full-time

Compensation Range :- ₹2.5 – 4 LPA (Based on Experience)

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Junior Video Editor / Motion Designer who is passionate about creating
• engaging and trend-driven short-form videos for social media. The ideal candidate will be
• skilled in editing dynamic Reel-format videos, adding animations and effects that align with
• Rustorange’s vibrant and contemporary aesthetic.
• You’ll work closely with the Communication Design and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• through visually striking, on-brand content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Edit and produce short-form videos for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).

● Add animations, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

● Adapt raw footage and creative direction into engaging, fast-paced visual content.

● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and brand tone.

● Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and transitions used across fashion and lifestyle content.

● Organize and manage video files, maintaining consistency and version control.

Skills & Competencies:

● Strong understanding of video pacing, rhythm, and storytelling for short-form content.

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (knowledge of motion graphics preferred).

● Creativity in using animation, typography, and sound to elevate visual appeal.

● Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media formats.

● Basic knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and export formats.

● Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or D2C content space.

● Portfolio showcasing Reels, short-form videos, or motion design projects.

● Passion for digital storytelling, fashion, and visual trends.
