• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Video Editor or in a related media/content creation role.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in video editing and design software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut (or similar tools).
• Ability to edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
• Skilled in color correction, basic animation, transitions, and visual effects.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills to understand project requirements and implement feedback effectively.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement in editing techniques and industry trends.
