Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers and marketers to produce engaging, high-quality video content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create both short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns.
• Add graphics, text overlays, background music, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality.
• Resize, format, and optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, resolution, quality).
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing (professional, freelance, or agency experience).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media video formats and audience engagement strategies.
• Creativity with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations.
• Experience creating Reels, Shorts, and social media promotional videos.
• Understanding of audio editing, transitions, and color correction.
• Portfolio or sample work showcasing video editing skills.

Work Location

In person – Kochi office

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
Cochin, Kerala: Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before joining.
