Role Overview

We are hiring a Video Editor who understands storytelling, motion graphics, and visual psychology—someone who can create high-retention reels and ad creatives, not just cut clips.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in:
• Motion graphics
• Short-form storytelling (reels, ads, brand content)
• Solid knowledge of:
• Color grading
• Visual pacing and narrative flow
• Experience editing for:
• Brands
• Performance ads
• Social-first content
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into engaging visuals

Responsibilities

• Edit reels, ads, and short-form content
• Add motion elements that improve retention
• Collaborate with strategists and performance marketers
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand tone
• Continuously improve content quality based on performance data

Compensation

• Fixed salary
• Account / project-based incentives

Work Setup & Growth Model

• Onsite role only
• Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
• This is not a freelance or vendor role
• You will work as a core creative team member
• Opportunity to grow into Senior Editor / Creative Lead

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
