Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages
- Create short-form and long-form video content (e.g., reels, shorts, ads, explainer videos, testimonials)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and background music as needed
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Review and revise videos based on feedback from clients or internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Knowledge of social media video trends and best practices
- Basic understanding of audio editing and color correction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animations
- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles
- Experience editing performance-driven ads
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work
