Job Description: Video Editor (After Effects Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who is highly skilled in Adobe After Effects and passionate about visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging motion graphics, promotional videos, explainer videos, and post-production content aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for corporate films, ad films, explainer videos, social media, and digital campaigns
• Create motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
• Work closely with the creative team to understand briefs and deliver high-quality outputs
• Perform color correction, basic sound syncing, and visual enhancements
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and quality across all videos
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic understanding of motion design, animation principles, and typography
• Knowledge of audio syncing and basic sound editing
• Ability to visualize concepts and convert ideas into engaging visuals
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with 2D animation or explainer videos
• Familiarity with Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience in agency or production house environment
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends
