Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Video Editor to manage the post-production of all video and audio content. The selected candidate will work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with organizational objectives. This role demands strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and finalize video content for post-production across multiple formats
• Create and edit graphics and visual elements as required
• Ensure all video content adheres to company standards for quality, branding, and duration
• Upload and manage video content on social media platforms in a timely manner
• Apply voiceovers, background music, and sound effects as per project requirements
• Coordinate with the Communications Manager on production schedules and deadlines
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all video outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video editing
• Prior experience with a News Channel or Advertising Agency (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro
• Hands-on experience with AI-based video tools such as Runway, Synthesia, InVideo, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to understand and execute complex editing instructions
• Mandatory experience in the Political domain
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of special effects, animation, 3D, and compositing
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline-driven, goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal communication and collaboration skills
