Key Responsibilities:

- Edit engaging videos for social media, ads, YouTube, and property promotions.

- Design creative graphics for social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.

- Create reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual campaigns.

- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and graphic designing

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools)

- Strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Creative mindset with attention to detail
