Job Description:

BestDrive is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to lead post-production for our adventure rallies, events, and brand campaigns. This role requires an expert editor who can transform raw footage into powerful, cinematic, and engaging visual stories aligned with the brand’s identity. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative, marketing, and event teams to deliver high-quality content for social media, digital marketing, promotions, and long-form videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, deep technical expertise, and the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for reviewing and organizing raw footage, selecting the best shots, and creating compelling edits with strong storytelling flow. The role includes advanced color grading, sound design, motion graphics integration, transitions, and visual effects where required. The editor will produce multiple formats such as reels, short-form videos, promos, trailers, event highlights, and long-form documentaries. Managing timelines, ensuring brand consistency, collaborating with videographers and directors, and delivering content within deadlines are key responsibilities.

Required Skills & Expertise:

The candidate must have advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro (any two or more). Strong knowledge of color correction, cinematic grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, typography, and visual effects is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and platform-specific content optimization (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Ads). Experience in sports, motorsport, adventure, or event content editing will be a strong advantage. A high-quality portfolio showcasing professional work is mandatory.
