Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor cum Cinematographer who can shoot, edit,

and enhance videos using modern AI tools.

This role requires:

 Strong fundamentals in shooting & editing

 Smart use of AI for efficiency (not shortcuts)

 Clear understanding of healthcare sensitivity

�� Key Responsibilities

Cinematography & Shooting

 Shoot videos of:

o Doctors explaining treatments

o Educational & awareness content

o Clinic environment (as approved)

 Manage:

o Camera, lighting, audio, framing

 Maintain:

o Clean, calm, clinic-safe visuals

Video Editing & Post-Production

 Edit content for:

o Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

o Long-form YouTube videos

o Patient education videos

 Add:

o Multi-language subtitles (Hindi / Hinglish / English)

o On-screen text & medical callouts

o Clean transitions and pacing

AI Tools & Automation (Must-Have)

You should be comfortable using or learning AI tools such as:

 Descript / Subtitles AI – auto captions & text-based editing

 Adobe Premiere Pro AI features – auto reframe, enhance speech

 After Effects + AI plugins – basic motion & templates

 Topaz Video AI – video upscaling & noise reduction

 Runway / Pika / Gen-2 – background cleanup & visual enhancement

 ElevenLabs / Adobe Enhance Speech – audio clarity

 ChatGPT / Notion AI – script polishing & video outlines

AI is used to speed up work, not compromise medical authenticity.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong command of:

o Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

o After Effects (basic–intermediate)

 Understanding of:

o Short-form & long-form video formats

o Platform-specific video requirements

 Ability to:

o Shoot + edit independently

o Deliver multiple videos weekly

o Balance creativity with compliance

 Over-dramatic edits

 Misleading visual effects

 Fake before–after transformations

 Unethical representation of treatments

Good to Have

 Experience with:

o Healthcare, clinic, or doctor branding

 Familiarity with:

o YouTube SEO & retention editing

 Knowledge of:

o Content repurposing using AI
