Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor who can work on a mix of AI-generated content and traditional video editing. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in creating engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) and editing long-form content such as podcasts into attractive, shareable clips.

You’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, integrating AI tools for video generation, and adding effects, captions, and transitions that boost engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who understands storytelling, social media trends, and AI-powered video creation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) with engaging cuts, captions, and hooks.
• Edit long-form podcasts into full episodes and highlight clips.
• Use AI tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, MidJourney, D-ID, etc.) to generate creative video content when required.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance viewer experience.
• Repurpose content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, editing software, and social media trends.
• Work closely with the content and marketing team to deliver videos aligned with brand voice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio/reel required).
• Strong command over tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
• Ability to edit both long-form podcasts and short-form clips with high retention quality.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and what makes content viral.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics & animation basics.
• Sound design & podcast audio clean-up.
• Thumbnail design and basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and content strategy is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
