Position Overview

Generate and edit high-performing short-form video content using AI generation and editing tools. Use prompt engineering to create original video content with tools like Sora, Veo 3, Runway, and Higgsfield, and edit into scroll-stopping reels that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate AI videos using prompt-based tools (Sora, Veo 3, Runway, Higgsfield, Kling AI)
• Write and optimize prompts for video generation models
• Edit AI-generated footage into polished reels using CapCut and similar tools
• Implement viral content frameworks: hook patterns, pacing, text overlays, transitions
• Adapt content for platform requirements (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Document successful prompt formulas and creative frameworks
• Stay current on new AI video generation models and capabilities

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2+ years experience with AI video generation tools (HeyGen, Kling, Higgsfield)
• Strong prompt engineering abilities - understanding how to describe scenes, motion, style, lighting
• Video editing proficiency in AI-powered platforms (CapCut, Descript, Runway)
• Deep understanding of Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts algorithms and formats
• Ability to visualize concepts and translate them into effective prompts
• Knowledge of cinematography basics (camera angles, composition, lighting) for prompt writing
• Fast iteration mindset - test, analyze, refine
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video work
