Hiring: Video Editor (Creative Storyteller)

Are you a master of the cut? At NHIS, we believe that great content isn't just filmed—it’s made in the edit. We are looking for a Video Editor with 2 to 4 years of experience who can take raw footage and transform it into high-impact visual stories that stop the scroll.

Whether it’s a high-octane social media reel, a polished brand film, or an engaging YouTube feature, you know how to manipulate rhythm, sound, and color to keep an audience hooked.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Editing : Take ownership of the post-production process—from logging and assembly to final delivery.

Format Mastery: Create content tailored for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Web).

Visual Enhancement : Execute basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and text overlays to elevate production value.

Sound Design : Mix audio, select background tracks, and sync SFX to create an immersive auditory experience.

Color Grading : Ensure visual consistency and mood through professional color correction and grading.

Collaboration : Work closely with Directors and Content Strategists to ensure the "creative vision" is met.

Qualification :

The Toolkit : Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

Experience : 2–4 years in a professional editing environment (Agency or In-house).

Social-First Mindset : You understand "hook rates," pacing for mobile, and the nuances of vertical video.

Technical Sharpness : Deep understanding of codecs, aspect ratios, and export settings for various platforms.

Portfolio : A strong showreel that demonstrates your range in pacing, storytelling, and style.
