Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and help produce engaging content for our YouTube channel and Social Media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong editing skills, and a keen understanding of digital media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, engaging effects, and clear storytelling.
• Enhance footage with color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics when needed.
• Add subtitles, captions, and other necessary text elements for accessibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the production team to align content with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
• Optimize video formats and thumbnails for YouTube and other social media platforms algorithms and maximum viewer retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and new editing techniques to improve video quality.
• Manage raw footage and organize digital assets efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Final Cut Pro, .
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Understanding of YouTube best practices, including SEO and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience editing content for YouTube or social media platforms.
• Knowledge of video production, lighting, and cinematography principles.
• Ability to create engaging thumbnails and marketing materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
