Softcrust Digital Experts is a growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale through creative strategy, content, performance marketing, and digital innovation. We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team onsite in DHA 2, Islamabad.

Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor who has strong experience in reel editing, creative designing, and short-form content production for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both traditional editing tools and modern AI-powered creative platforms to produce high-quality, engaging, and trend-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos, reels, and social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Create visually appealing motion-based content with strong hooks, transitions, captions, and pacing
• Design creative visual elements for videos, including overlays, animations, thumbnails, and text treatments
• Use AI tools and creative platforms such as Flow, Higgsfield, and similar tools to improve production quality and speed
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to understand campaign goals and deliver engaging creative assets
• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, viral formats, and platform best practices
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Organize raw footage, project files, brand assets, and final exports properly

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing agency, media, or content production environment
• Strong hands-on experience in reel editing and creative designing
• Good understanding of social media content styles and what performs well on different platforms
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and other relevant editing/design tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Flow, Higgsfield, or similar platforms
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and attention to detail
• Ability to take creative direction and also bring original ideas to the table
• Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in editing for brands, ads, campaigns, or agency clients
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
• Understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
• Ability to work on multiple content styles, from corporate to trendy social media videos

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
