• Greenbull Properties is the A-Z redevelopment arm, responsible for renovating the villas we acquire across Dubai’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. We transform older villas into luxury modern homes and sell them at a premium, delivering strong returns for our investors.

Over the past three years, we have successfully acquired and renovated 46 villas across Dubai, building a strong reputation for high-quality property transformations and attractive investor returns.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a highly talented Video Editor and Cinematic Content Creator to produce premium visual content that showcases our properties, renovations, and investment opportunities.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in video production, animation, and motion graphics with a refined visual aesthetic to create high-impact cinematic and educational content for luxury real estate.

You will be responsible for producing compelling visual content that showcases villa transformations, highlights key property features, and communicates investment stories across multiple channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, and investor presentations.

This role requires a creative professional who understands luxury visual standards, cinematic storytelling, and modern digital content formats, and can translate complex property and investment concepts into engaging visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Video Production

• Manage the entire production workflow from on-site filming to final delivery.
• Film high-end villa properties across Dubai, capturing architecture, interiors, and lifestyle elements.
• Produce cinematic content for marketing campaigns, social media, and investor presentations.

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit and enhance raw footage to maintain a consistent premium brand aesthetic across all content.
• Create cinematic narratives that emphasise motion, flow, and storytelling rather than static visuals.
• Deliver polished final videos optimised for digital platforms and marketing use.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

• Design motion graphics and engaging visual elements such as infographics, transitions, and branded animations.
• Utilise AI tools for content creation and editing, showcasing renovation projects.

Aerial & Property Cinematography

• Capture high-quality drone footage of villas, neighbourhoods, and surrounding landscapes.
• Highlight architectural features, outdoor spaces, and property scale through aerial cinematography.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
• Professional colour grading using DaVinci Resolve
• Expertise in motion design, video assembly, and the creation of engaging infographics.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and editing
• Proactive in discovering, testing, and implementing new AI tools and workflows to improve content quality and production efficiency

Experience & Background

• Proven experience filming luxury real estate properties
• Strong familiarity with the Dubai property market
• Professional drone operation experience for architectural filming
• Ability to maintain a consistent premium visual identity across two brands

Portfolio Requirement
