Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Video Editor to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should not only excel at traditional video editing but also have hands-on experience using the latest AI tools for video production, enhancement, and animation.

You’ll be responsible for producing, editing, and color grading videos, developing animated and motion graphic content, and collaborating with the creative team to bring ideas to life. This role requires someone who stays ahead of digital trends, understands storytelling, and can leverage AI technology to create high-impact video content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

Produce, edit, and finalize high-quality video content for digital and marketing use.

Develop animated videos and motion graphics for campaigns and promotional materials.

Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Topaz, Descript, etc.) for video enhancement, editing, or automation.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align visuals with brand strategy.

Handle color correction, transitions, sound syncing, and storytelling flow.

Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and AI tools for workflow optimization.

Manage and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines with precision and creativity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production and editing for brands, agencies, or media companies.

Strong skills in color grading, motion graphics, and animation.

Experience using AI-based creative tools for video, animation, or post-production.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (Final Cut Pro is a plus).

Basic understanding of 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, D-ID, Midjourney, or Kaiber) is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Animation, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with AI voiceover or virtual avatar creation tools.

Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).

A strong portfolio showcasing both edited and AI-enhanced video work.
