Video Editor

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who can craft engaging content for YouTube and social media platforms. If you know how to keep viewers hooked and boost watch time, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube (long-form + Shorts)
• Create engaging content for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound effects
• Optimize videos for audience retention and watch time
• Collaborate with the content/marketing team on ideas and trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of video editing experience
• Strong experience in YouTube video editing (vlogs, podcasts, faceless videos, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Understanding of YouTube algorithm, thumbnails, pacing, and hooks
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Bonus Skills:

• Thumbnail design experience
• Basic motion graphics/animation
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO
