About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Video Editor to join our team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content from concept to final delivery, collaborating with creative teams to bring compelling stories to life. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling and modern video production.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to conceptualize and execute video projects
• Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
• Work with music, sound design, and audio elements to create compelling narratives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay current with industry trends and leverage emerging AI tools and technologies
• Deliver content optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Provide creative input on project direction and visual storytelling approaches

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software)
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and narrative structure
• Solid knowledge of music selection and audio editing
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools used in video production and content creation
• Proven creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing work
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects
• Based in or willing to work on-site from Islamabad or Rawalpindi

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar)
• Experience with color grading and advanced editing techniques
• Knowledge of AI-powered video editing and content creation tools
• Background in content creation for digital platforms
• Experience with animation and visual effects
• Video production or cinematography background
